Making Kala

This cleansing water rite helps to keep your souls clean and clear. It transform negative energies and blockages and allows you to reclaim your power.

Take your cup and fill with fresh cold water, then place it before you. Ground and centre. Perform a Three Souls alignment.

Breath your intention for purification into a sphere of mana between the palms of your hands by breathing four breaths into it and visualising it turning darker, thicker, heavier with each as you say:

Holy mother, purify me
in spirit,
in thought,
in feeling,
in action.

Drop the sphere into the cup when you feel that it is full of the things you need purified. See the sphere dissolve into the water, turning it dark, thick, heavy.

Now breathe in blue fire from the world around you, and when you have a charge built up, place both hands over the cup and visualise the water being filled with the light of the blue fire. The blue fire dissolves the impurities and transmutes the water to pure, luminescent liquid crystal.

Empty your lungs of all air, then breathe in deeply and fill them. Hold your breath and drink the water, draining the cup. Then, exhale.

Feel the water going down your throat and accept its blessing. Rub your belly while praising/comforting yourself.  Feel the empowered water merging with your body and your souls.

The final phase is to urinate and pass the impurities with the rest of your body’s waste.
